Volunteer Waiver and Release of Liability By participating in volunteer activities organized by Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful (KCLB), I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that volunteering may involve physical activity, handling equipment, exposure to outdoor conditions, and other potential risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. Health and Fitness I certify that I am physically able to participate in volunteer activities and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my safe involvement. 3. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful, its board members, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation, including injury or loss. 4. Photo & Media Consent I give permission for photos or videos of me taken during volunteer events to be used in KCLB promotional materials, social media, or reports. 5. Conduct I agree to follow all instructions given by KCLB staff and act respectfully and safely during events.
